Photographs by Terry

Terry Johnson

My passion for photography began around age 11. My first camera was a Kodak Instamatic 110 roll film. In today’s world, that camera would be equivalent to a point and shoot type camera.  As my abilities grew, so did my cameras; I graduated up to digital, 35mm and 120 roll film cameras.

After becoming a police officer, my department became aware of my photographic abilities and soon thereafter, I became a crime scene photographer. In addition to crime scenes, I also photographed post-mortem medical examinations.

After retiring, I decided to pursue my passion and open a photography studio.  To further my abilities, I returned to college to study specific photography techniques.

My VISION
Sparking conversations and inspiring the imagination, with a vision that cannot be taught, and must be personally experienced.
